ALPHA-Nest

ALPHA-Nest is long cotton fibres with low dust levels manufactured from 100% bleached cotton staple fibres, for appealing rodents' natural behaviour of nesting building. It requires more time for the rodents to shred and manipulate, but this enhances the enrichment value for the animal. Its hard nature provides an alternative point of focus and material for rodents with food grinding problems to chew. In addition, there are no threads in ALPHA-Nest, so it eliminates the cause of limb entanglement problems with pups, which is commonly found in competing cotton nesting additives.

ALPHA-Nest is fully pre-cut with less than 1/16" thick, which allows technicians to fit them in cages with wire lids in place and save a significant amount of time.
